Food Revolution Romania and a first recipe


Beginning this month, as a Team leader for Romania, I devise all kind of projects. first ones: in my own kitchen, where I am just an assistant to the chef. the first recipe is from one of Jamie Oliver books, pasta with pea, bacon, mint, cheese. the cheese is not Parmigiano, but Romanian cheese. but I think this is the idea, to experiment and be also creative, using local ingredients. this combination of pea with mint is so special, so flavoured, is the key of the recipe. the photo is much less interesting and telling that what I sensed insideImage while eating it…
